      WHAT ARE THE CHAINS MADE OF?

      All of our permanent jewelry chains are 14k gold filled, sterling silver or solid gold. This means 24/7 wear with no tarnishing.

       


      HOW LONG DOES PERMANENT JEWELRY LAST?

      Our permanent jewelry pieces are 100% 14k gold-filled or solid sterling silver, which means with proper love and care they will last for years to come!

      Please keep in mind, the lifespan of your permanent jewelry is highly dependent on your lifestyle. We choose high quality pieces that are designed for everyday wear, but they are still fine jewelry.       WHAT IF THE CHAIN GETS CAUGHT ON SOMETHING AND BREAKS?

      Save your chain and we will reattach or repair it free of charge at any pop-up event. Our lifetime warranty covers any reattachments, resizes, and repairs as needed for your permanent jewelry.



      CAN PERMANENT JEWELRY BE REMOVED?

      If you decide to remove your permanent jewelry or need to remove it for a medical procedure, you can easily cut it off at home with jewelry pliers or scissors. Make sure to cut where it is welded at the jump ring and save your chain in case you decide to get it re-linked in the future at one of our pop-up events.



      IS PERMANENT JEWELRY WATERPROOF? CAN I SHOWER, SWIM, AND EXERCISE WITH IT?

      Yes, our permanent jewelry is sweat, swim, and shower-proof! We do recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavily chlorinated pools and hot tubs, especially with Sterling Silver, as it can oxidize under those conditions. Explore our permanent jewelry materials guide.



      WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

      We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Apple pay.



      CAN KIDS GET PERMANENT JEWELRY?

      Kids over the age of 2 years can get permanent jewelry and a parent or guardian must sign a waiver. Kids under the age of 2 years old are required to have a clasp added to their jewelry.

      Lakuna Links is a pop-up only permanent jewelry business. We host private parties, pop-up events at local businesses, and corporate events. A few ways to get your Lakuna Links permanent jewelry:
